I am a consultant physician – Psychotherapist; Behaviour Psychiatrist and Stress Management Super-Specialist; Marital, Sexual relationship and Parenting expert, qualified Integrative Counsellor, Life and success Coach, Couples Counsellor and Lifestyle expert, offering a confidential service to individuals, couples and families. I also provide Corporate Training in soft skills along with Executive Mentoring for HNI’s (High Net worth Individuals).

Working integratively means that I use a range of skills according to the problems and the person, taking the most effective parts of a number of approaches such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive, Behavioural and Humanistic, with a view to applying these elements to help you to look at your life from a different perspective.

I began my formal training as a psychotherapist at the Maharaja Sayajirao University, one of the only psychotherapy training universities in the country, and qualified with a post-graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling.

I have been working full-time as a Stress Management Super-Specialist and Psychotherapist since 1985 and currently have a private practice in Marriage, Sexuality, Parenting, Lifestyle, Stress counselling and Psychotherapy, working with individuals and couples. I also have a teaching and training role which I have held for the last twenty years.
